It took about 10 days to get here after I placed my order, and there wasn't much communication during that time. However, I’ve got no issues with how easy it was to order, the packaging, or the courier service (Royal Mail) used.

This is my first experience with Itemdrop, and I'm still in the dark about my order from January 15th. The Managing Director did get back to me after my initial email, saying that the items I paid for were "stuck in the supplier warehouse," but I haven't heard anything since. I'm starting to think this might be a scam, especially since the price looked way too good to be true.

If anything changes, I'll make sure to update my review. Sometimes, with these lesser-known retailers, the only way to get a response is to post on Trustpilot. I really hope to hear back soon, and I either want the items I paid for or, if they can't deliver, a refund.

Fantastic service and timely delivery right before Christmas. They had the best prices around as well. I’ll surely be coming back, just wish I had found them sooner before I bought those other games.

I was taken aback when I noticed the item priced so low and figured it was a steal I couldn't pass up - so I decided to treat myself and eagerly awaited its arrival (the free shipping was just the cherry on top).

About a week later (thanks to the Royal Mail strike, things were a bit slow), the package arrived - it was well wrapped and in perfect condition, so I’ll surely be shopping with Item Drop again down the line!

The item arrived just as it was described, in brand new shape. The delivery time was fair, especially since it was shipped from the UK. Prices are fantastic. I’d surely think about ordering again for those tricky-to-locate items.

I had a pretty good experience as a foreigner, with the seller being super nice and attentive to Spanish customs. It was a bit tricky to get in touch with him since there’s no info on the website, so I had to do some digging, but it wasn’t too hard. Just a thought: it’d be great to have a contact option for customers. I mean, we’ve got social media these days, so why not use it?
